Sit on the floor with your legs stretched as wide as is comfortable. Stretch your arms up over your head and reach over to one foot. Try to keep both sides of your bottom on the floor. Reach back up and both arms over to the other foot.

Roll over onto your belly. Put your palms on the floor just under your shoulders. Start with your forehead on the floor and then gently lift your head up, but still looking at the floor. See if you can lift up high enough that your hands can come up off the floor.

Additional activity/ Discussion

  • Have your dragon friend help you write letters to friends in your neighborhood. We may not be able to hang out with them in person right now, but being pen pals is a great way to say “hi” to nearby friends!

  • What are others ways we can be friends in this time of “social distancing”? Brainstorm ideas you can do together to have fun with friends from afar.
