Paint Love is seeking a few good folks to join our team. Check out the positions we have open and let us know if you think you’re the right fit!

Paint Love is hiring a new member of our part-time Program Support team!

  • Part-time, flexible work ~5-15 hours/week (must be available during school hours).

  • 10-99 independent contractor, $15/hour

    • After six months, support staff are eligible for consideration to become Program Staff that lead programs.

  • Program support staff are on the ground with Program Staff at all our art workshops throughout Metro-Atlanta. Basic overview:

    • Gather art supplies at Paint Love’s studio (in Decatur) before a programming event in the community (could be at a school, nonprofit, or on-site at Paint Love’s studio) 

    • Support Paint Love’s trauma-informed model during the program.

    • Support classroom management and time-keeping for the project. 

    • Clean + return supplies to the studio.

All positions are located in the Metro-Atlanta Area. Paint Love’s office is near downtown Decatur, GA. Please read the detailed job description above carefully. Submit a resume, letter of interest, portfolio (if applicable), and explanation of your availability (for part-time roles) to Laura Shaw, Paint Love Executive Director, at laura@paintlove.org. Timeline: We will reach out to interview selected applicants at the end of January. Successful applicants will be notified in early February. Training will take place in mid-February. Positions will start in late February.

Internships

None currently available.

Overview:

  • Available for class credit or hourly pay of $12/hour

  • Internships consist of 5-20 hours per week for 8-15 weeks

  • Focus in marketing, development, or programming but some responsibilities will overlap

Qualifications:

  • Open to undergraduate and graduate students

  • Excellent communication and coordinating skills

  • Willingness to be flexible, learn, be self-motivated, and take initiative
