CURRENT NEEDS:
- This is event is full!! Thank you all so much for volunteering!
THE PROJECT:
We are partnering with ForeverWe and The Ronald McDonald House to put on an art night for the children and families staying at the RMH on Peachtree Dunwoody Road. We have been told to count on elementary school age kids participating (probably ages 4-10). The parents may or may not participate.
ForeverWe will be giving away dolls to any children who are there who might have cancer.
THE ORGANIZATION:
ForeverWe has an innovative line of dolls that help kids tell their story by representing the real issues they’re experiencing in the world today. Their dolls include Jewel, who was designed with kids with cancer in mind and has a removable wig.
Atlanta Ronald McDonald House - Atlanta Ronald McDonald Houses have been called “home” by more than 46,000 families with ill and injured children receiving medical care nearby.
