The Project
Paint Love Artist and TCP resident Zipporah Camille Thompson will be leading students at Brockett Elementary School. The project will be a celestial textile, ceramics, mixed-media project and mural.
The School
Brockett Elementary School is a diverse Title I school located in Tucker, GA. Brockett's students, staff, parents and community members are dedicated to Brockett's success. Success that includes academics as well as developing responsible, caring citizens. Brockett's student population is approximately 446 students. A third of their students are English Language Learners and 80% of receive free/reduce lunch. Their community is extremely diverse therefore the student body is diverse, too.
