CURRENT NEED:
We are looking for volunteers to help set-up, clean-up and work the auction!
THE PROJECT:
We are in need of volunteers to help with our Art Auction anytime from 2 PM - 10 PM. We will need people to help with the following:
- Hang the art & set up the venue
- Take tickets & process donation payments
- Answer attendee questions & direct them to where they need to go
- Help attendees sign up to be volunteers & learn more about Paint Love
- Direct parking
- Help with a painting project on site!
- Assist with checkout and clean up
You can volunteer for the following time blocks or any combination of them
- 2-3pm - Setting up the event
- 3-4pm - Setting up the event
- 4-5pm - Setting up the event
- 5-9:30pm - Working the event (event time is 6-9pm)
- 9-10pm - Cleaning up the event
