Let's Paint a Brighter Future

Introducing ... Paint Love's first video! Our staff and volunteer artists see the magic happen at each Paint Love event, but to have it captured so perfectly on film is truly a gift. Paint Love helps youth in the community face the “heavy” stuff in life. We believe art is therapeutic, emotionally healing, and ultimately transformational.

Sometimes when I feel mad at myself, I would say mean things about myself. Like I’m stupid or I’m ugly, but since we did this Paint Love project, now I think about myself that I’m smart, I’m unique and I’m perfect just the way I am.
— Alyse Stokes, Powder Springs Elementary Student

This year, Paint Love has grown tremendously. To give you some perspective, last year Paint Love hosted 6 events, had 10 artists on the roster and served 111 students.

This year:

  • We’ve hosted 30 events led by professional artist across Atlanta.
  • We currently have 31 artists on our roster.
  • We’ve served over 894 students.

As we kick off our end of year campaign, we are so incredibly thankful for all the supporters who have been with us along the way. We would not be able to reach so many kids without the help from our artists, volunteers and donors. Thank you!

How you can help:

Our goal is to get 10,000 video views and raise $10,000 by the end of the year. We have a donor matching up to $5,500 for every dollar we raise from now until December 31st.
